Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
NO RETURNS on ELECTRICAL ITEMS, FLUIDS, TOOLS, or SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 25 PERCENT RE-STOCKING FEE
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The Product Package is not Damaged
The product has not been installed or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying the return costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during return shipping.
REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS
Any order that is returned to Partsexpressauto.com by the courier in which it has been refused by the receiver, non-deliverable, or not picked up, is processed as a regular return and will be subject to 25 percent restocking fee.
All refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used in the initial order submission.
